Third Party Licences

 

The below specific Third Party Licences shall apply for each Third Party Licence utilised by a Reseller in conducting a Transaction pursuant to an agreement referencing a Third Party Source and this webpage. The Reseller acknowledges that it has read and agreed to the below Third Party Licences (as applicable) and agrees to observe the obligations which apply to end users under each Third Party Licence to the extent it is required and to flow through any relevant Third Party Licences to a Customer.

  • If the Reseller is purchasing access to Daon the Flow Down Provisions available here shall apply.
  • If the Reseller is purchasing access to Equifax (Canada) the End User Terms of Use available here shall apply.
  • If the Reseller is purchasing access to Equifax (IDMatrix) the Product Terms and Conditions available here shall apply.
  • If the Reseller is purchasing access to Experian the End User License Terms and Conditions available here shall apply.

  • If the Reseller is purchasing access to Idology the End User Terms available here shall apply.
